Objective: Anterior dislocations are common large joint due to the anatomical structure and mobility of shoulder seen in 1-2% population. The most form is a traumatic anterior dislocation, approximately 90-95%. lesions accompanying dislocation mostly Bankart Hill-Sachs lesions, rotator cuff tear, tuberculum major fracture, neurological injury. This study evaluates osseous, neurological, soft tissue dislocations. Material Methods: Eighty-four patients (male:62, female:22) who applied our center between January 2014 2021 were evaluated. Demographic data circumference detected. types grouped as isolated combined. diagnosed clinically radiologically (shoulder radiographs magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)). Results: mean age was 33.4 (18-81) years, 62 male, 22 female. Dislocation-related detected 61.1% patients. While tears + combined lesions. Conclusion: Isolated or cause instability when not treated.
